Return Eligibility
We accept return requests within 30 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Unused and in its original condition
- In the original packaging
- Complete with all accessories, parts, manuals, and tags if applicable
- Accompanied by proof of purchase or order number
Items that have been used, damaged, washed, modified, or returned without original packaging may not be eligible for a refund.
Non-Returnable Items
For safety and hygiene reasons, we may not accept returns for:
- Used water toys
- Items damaged due to misuse
- Items with missing parts or accessories
- Clearance or final sale items
- Gift cards
- Customized or personalized products, if applicable
How to Request a Return

Please include your order number, the reason for return, and photos of the product if the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Once your return request is reviewed and approved, we will provide return instructions.
Please do not send items back without contacting us first.
Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost return packages.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order after receiving it.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue.
After reviewing the case, we may offer a replacement, refund, or other suitable solution.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method.
Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges.
If you would like a different product, size, or model, you may return the eligible item and place a new order.
Order Cancellation
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible.
Orders can only be cancelled before they have been processed or shipped. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled and must follow our return process.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund after approval, please first check your bank account or contact your credit card company.
It may take some time before the refund is officially posted.
